Accra Fun (the "Platform") is owned and operated by BoxBreaker Global. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Platform. By browsing the Platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Free public access. Browsing, searching and reading listings on Accra Fun is free for all users. Businesses pay for placement, verification and enhanced storefront features under a subscription plan.

2. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Business listings. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, including hours, pricing, and imagery. Accra Fun reserves the right to moderate, suspend or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Reviews. Reviews must reflect a genuine customer experience. Fraudulent, defamatory or abusive reviews may be removed.

5. Payments. Subscription payments are processed securely via Paystack. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policy stated at checkout.

6. Limitation of liability. Accra Fun is a discovery platform and is not responsible for the goods, services, or conduct of any listed business.
